More About Me
My name is Jared Satterwhite, owner and founder of TheLegacyLife.us. I am married to my beautiful, loving, and supportive wife, Meg, for over 17 years. I'm the father of four children, Joel, Peyton, Maddie, and Brayden, and a grandfather to Cohen. Our family has attended and actively served at Elevate Life Church in Jacksonville, FL, since October 2013. My passion is Kingdom building for the glory of the Lord, using the gifts, talents, and treasures my family and I have been blessed to receive from Him. Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the command for every believer, and this is a way for me to evangelize for the Kingdom.
My professional background and experiences are in the multiline insurance industry. I am an independent contractor and sales agent with over 20 years of experience and over 11 years in management and leadership roles. I serve on various professional boards and advisory committees. I also maintain an active state of Florida law enforcement officer certification, along with my Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership. Most importantly, I am a born-again Christian by the grace of God.
I am grateful to the Lord for placing the desire in my heart many years ago to help others. Because of Him, I have a platform to advance the Kingdom. I am passionate about encouraging and helping others. I want to point them to the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
Why I do what I do
The basis for this ministry is through obedience, to use my experiences throughout life to help others build a firm foundation that is biblically based, professional, and sustainable. Legacy is a word that is used in various contexts. I want to focus on a biblical legacy that spiritually changes and impacts my family. I want to pass down a life-giving legacy to my family and yours that increases our faith and motivates us to seek God.
I desire to encourage people and prayerfully inspire them to take that next step in life as they seek God's call and direction. Whether it's advice in the day-to-day challenges we face or you need spiritual and faith guidance, I am here to help make a better decision and a lasting impact. Let your legacy journey begin!
